• 61custom does not collect any personally identifiable information about it's visitors. If a visitor elects to make a purchase online, all information is sent and stored securely and will not be shared with any third party other than any necessary credit card processing companies. Information received on inquiry forms, including e-mail addresses, will not be shared with any third party other than those necessary to your project, such as an engineer.
  

E-Mail

• 61custom will NEVER send unsolicited email (SPAM). If you have received an email appearing to be from 61custom and you did not make any requests from this site to have the email sent, there is a good chance that it is not really from us. You can contact us and we will investigate it.
  

Security

• We use commercially reasonable methods to keep Personally Identifiable Information secure in our files and systems. Our online shopping cart is operated using secure Internet connections, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, to help protect your financial data. Please note that even with the use of sophisticated technology, we cannot guarantee that your data will not be intercepted by others and decrypted as it travels over the Internet.

Copyright

• All house plans displayed on this site are protected by U.S. copyright laws. Unauthorized sale, reproduction, or transfer of plans, articles or images displayed on this site is a violation of these laws. CAD and PDF files may be used for the purpose of building ONE house only unless a multiple build license has been purchased. House plans, CAD files and PDF files may not be resold under any circumstances.
  
  Resale and Derivative Works
  61custom reserves all copyrights to all designs, including the right to resell plans, unless an exclusive license is purchased. Standard plan set and preliminary plan set licenses allow for one home to be built per license, or one derivative design to be built one time per license. 61custom plans and/or derivative works may not be resold or published in any form on any website or publication without the expressed written permission of 61custom. Multiple use licenses are available. Please contact us for a price quote.

Building plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. 61custom recommends the purchase of a study set to review the plans with your contractor, engineer and planning/zoning department prior to ordering a construction plan set. Due to variances in local building codes, plan requirements and zoning, not all plans are suitable for building in all areas. Plans may require changes or engineering for your area, and 61custom recommends a structural engineer's stamp on each set of plans prior to beginning construction.
  
  61custom is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to economic loss or damage arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from 61custom. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable building codes and zoning, structural stability, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from 61custom prior to beginning construction. 61custom recommends hiring a local engineer to review and stamp each set of plans prior to construction. In the event any liability is imposed on 61custom, 61custom's liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid to 61custom for the plans.
