The cost to purchase a set of our stock house plans as-is ranges from $0.40-$1.50 per square foot, depending on the plan. Plans can be e-mailed in pdf format for printing or hard copies of reproducible prints can be purchased. Preliminary Plan Sets are typically e-mailed in digital format within one-two business days from the date of purchase. Standard Plan Set delivery may take from two business days up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on the plan. Contact us for a time frame estimate or if you are interested in purchasing a file type that is not listed on the ordering page.

Depending on the complexity of the changes you are interested in making, semi-custom plans range from $0.50-$3.50 per square foot. One simple interior change (like changing one interior door from french doors to a single door) is included in the price of the stock plan, but major changes are quoted on an individual basis. Pricing for custom designs ranges from approx. $1.50 - $8.50 per square foot. Pricing varies based on the size and complexity of the home, terrain features, building department requirements and HOA requirements.
